Provence features the cuisine of Felix Roux, who
with his wife Anne, has operated restaurants in
Carmel, California and Naples, Florida for over 40
years. These restaurants have been featured in
Gourmet Magazine, The New York Times, and many
other publications.
Born and raised in Provence, Felix has been developing his art since the age of 16 by
beginning his apprenticeship with his father at the famous Jane Madeleine Restaurant.
Moving to Chapel Hill has allowed him to combine this experience with the freshest local
ingredients to create a fine-tuned menu and a superb wine list.
In addition to casual indoor seating, Provence has a pleasant patio for an even more
relaxed dining experience.
