For our next Wine Dinner, we haven’t picked just one region, not one country, not even one continent. Our choice is a color, the color Pink.
Jeff Bramwell, Fine Wine Consultant with The Country Vintner, is coming to Provence!
We believe Rosé is one of the most underrated wines on anybody’s wine radar. Sure, on a hot summer day a glass of White Zinfandel on the porch looking over the water is an option, a Blush Sparkling to make the special toast extra special.
But Rosé, in our opinion, is a great versatile wine, that one can pair with almost anything.
That’s why we’ve invited Jeff Bramwell, of The Country Vintner, to present five beautiful Rosés, that have been paired with five exquisite dishes from the kitchen of our Restaurant. We’re happy to be able to share Jeff’s vast knowledge of these wines with you.
