Dear Friends and Patrons,
What a great event we had in support of Dine 4 Autism last Tuesday. A packed restaurant, happy patrons and very happy members of the NC Autism Society.

As stated in our previous news letter, April was going to be an exciting month; So far we’ve had a great Languedoc Wine Dinner, the “Open Streets Festival” was a blast, and of course Dine 4 Autism.
But the month is not over yet:
Champagne Tasting with Wines from
Billecart-Salmon Champagnes
Thursday April 30th
Thursday the 30th, we will have a Champagne Tasting, weather permitting out in the patio, otherwise in our bar.
Clement Caleja of Billecart-Salmon Champagnes will present their phenomenal wines. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, you will taste four different Champagnes, accompanied by some delicious appetizers. What a great way to finish the first month of Spring!
The Champagnes we’ll be tasting are Billecart-Salmon Extra Brut, the Brut Rosé, Brut Sous Bois, and their Brut Reserve.
We’ll be serving various preparations of Oysters on the half shell, Foie Gras and Salads
Please call the restaurant at 919-967-5008 to make your reservation for Thursday the April 30th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. $40.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Mothers Day!
Mothers Day is just around the corner. And as usual on this joyful day, we’re extending our hours into the evening. We’ll be opening our door at 10:30 AM and will be serving Brunch until 4:00 PM. After that we will be switching to our Dinner Menu, and will take our last reservations at 7:00 PM.
